Everyone knows by now how strong the real estate market is. What you might not know is that the vacation home market is just as strong, if not stronger. Low interest rates and an increase in remote work have certainly helped that trend.
According to the NAR, vacation home sales were up 16% in 2020 and they’re up 57% so far in 2021. Couple that with low inventory, and it’s a great time to sell your vacation home as well if you’ve been considering it.
