Marketing a home effectively is easy if you just follow these three steps.


There are three factors in today’s real estate market that show why marketing is still very important, even in a seller’s market like the one we find ourselves in now. Make sure you do these three things if you’re thinking of selling in the near future:

1. Price your home correctly. Buyers have access to the internet and can see what homes have sold for. Competitively priced homes can often generate multiple offers and sell at a higher price than a home that was more expensive initially.

2. Be the best home on the block. Staged homes sell faster and for more money.

3. Advertise extensively. Some people think that putting a sign in the front yard is all they need to do to get the home sold. It might get the home sold, but extensive marketing is how you stir more interest, attract multiple offers, and ultimately sell for a higher price. We often advertise homes as “Coming Soon” so buyers and their agents are aware of homes soon to hit to market and can make plans to see them in person.
